REMEMBERING YOUR DREAMS

To stimulate the dream process,

Keep a pencil and paper close to your bed to write down your dreams in the morning.

While laying in bed with your eyes closed, imagine you are walking a path, and come upon a small bridge crossing over from land to a small island surrounded by water.

On this island, there should be a comfortable chair for you to sit in and a small table to hold writing material, such as pen, pencil, paper or a notebook. There may also be a small chalkboard and another chair for a guest to sometimes join you. Sit in your chair and relax.

Hold this thought and picture in your imagination while going to sleep. When you awaken in the morning write down on the paper next to your bed, as much as you remember about the dream. Within a matter of days, you should be remembering your dreams and with good continuity.

Remember to write as much as possible when you awake in the morning, without getting flowery in your writing. Write only what you clearly remember and then later in the day you may go back and add additional info as you remember it.

It is best to start this technique right after the new moon.

It is very important not to get flowery in your description when you begin writing your dreams.
