A method to help sleep (and improve your memory)

Sit in your meditation chair or space or any chair you like, and with your eyes closed think of the day's events in reverse order.

From the time you sat in your chair, back to the time you awoke in the morning. Think of what you did just before sitting in your chair, what you ate for dinner, what you did and who you interacted with during the day, all in reverse order.

Try to visualize in detail everything that happened during the day and in the order it happened, but in reverse from the time you sat in your chair. Any issues during the day can now be solved before going to bed.

This should not take long, perhaps 10-15 minutes depending on how active you are during the day. After this is done, go to bed and with your eyes closed while lying in bed, count from 100 backwards to 1. If necessary, count backwards again.

When you are able to remember and visualize in detail the days event, you can go to the previous days events, then to the week's events, months, years and eventually as far back as you want.

Once this method is mastered, your memory also increases and there is no limit as to how far back you can remember
